Get Saturday’s crews set from the exports you already have
Drop in your Arbiter, GotSport or Sprocket files. Click an open slot and Assigntime lists who’s free for it, with each official’s distance and games this week beside the name.

See every official’s week, hour by hour
Pull the availability export and each official’s week lays out by the hour, next to the games they’re already on. If someone is down for a game in a window they blocked off, it shows up as a clash, so you catch it on Thursday night while there’s still time to swap someone in.
Example: Ben Carter is on the 3:00 pm game on Sunday but is only free until 1 pm, so the grid marks a clash.
Know who has worked which games
Past assignments turn into a record of what each official has worked. You set the badge ladder and the steps on it, and every official shows how close they are to the next one.
Example: Eli Novak has done Rec AR and Rec center and is 8 of 25 games toward Travel center, with 3 Rec, 10 Travel and 4 Adult games worked.
Pick who gets watched next
Assigntime suggests which officials are due for an assessment and which assessor should go. It picks someone different from last time, so the same person isn’t grading them every time.
Example: Ben Carter is due, on RR for the 9:00 am U12 Travel B game at Riverbank. Fay Adebayo watched Ben last time, so Ana Ruiz is suggested instead. Ana hasn’t watched Ben before and lives 2 mi away.
Chase the missing match reports
Drop in the incomplete-report export and you get a list of who still owes a report. Each one gets a reminder built from the wording you set, ready for you to send.
Example: Dee Laurent, Chidi Okafor and Ben Carter still owe reports from last Sunday. The reminder to Dee reads: Hi Dee, your report for U10 Rec G, Red v Green, last Sunday still shows as open in Arbiter. Can you get it in by Sunday night? Thanks.

Each game is one card, with its crew under the kickoff time and the field. Click an open slot to see who fits it, or drag a name onto another slot to swap two officials. Back-to-back games on the same field are linked for you, so one pick crews them all, with the seats rotating.
When the crews are set, Export fills in Arbiter’s own upload template. For GotSport and Sprocket you get a plain CSV to reshape for their upload. Your platform stays the system of record.
The app’s header bar has the Assigntime logo and tabs for Availability, Board, Officials, Coverage and Settings, with Board selected.
